Hello? Is anyone Listening?

As the PLO and its cohorts seek to unite against the Jewish State, a leading representative of the PLO has announced the possibility that the PLO may rescind its recognition of Israel. Hello? Jewish Members of Knesset are you listening? This is precisely what Israel should be doing. Where is the Knesset Member who is willing to introduce a bill rescinding our recognition of a “palestinian” people? Who will dare to declare that those who fire missiles at us from Gaza and send their children as human bombs into our restaurants and buses, are not truly our peace partners, rather our enemies whom we must vanquish?

It is we who are responsible for the continued state of war and bloodshed in Israel because we refuse to recognize that we are in a state of war. How can one possibly win a war which it refuses to recognize?

Our enemies have no problem admitting that we are at war. So why do we? Why do we lend credence to the allegation that building Jewish homes in Israel is wrong? How dare anyone tell us where and when we can build homes in our own country?

Whenever a Jewish government throws Jews out of their homes they are telegraphing to the entire world that we do not believe this is our country. It is we who are inviting pressure from the nations of the world.

Let us remember the miracles of Chanukah when a handful of Jews threw the overwhelmingly powerful Greek oppressors out of our homeland. Today, when we have the upper hand, how dare we buckle under to the threats of those who would see us destroyed? How dare we grant rights to those who would take them from us if they were able? Why can we not see the clear need to remove our enemies from our midst and stop negotiating our birthright with others?

We will win because that is the Will of our Creator. But when we fail to have the courage to stand up against those who seek to oppress us, it is we who invite needless tragedy upon ourselves. We don’t need fences and we don’t need to build another enemy state upon Jewish soil.

We need to simply remove our enemies and vanquish those who dare to attack us. To do less is treasonous.
Project Shofar seeks to bring this message to those who choose not to see. It is incredible that the majority, both in the Exile and even in Israel, fail to see the obvious. They prefer to believe in the nonsense that we can make peace with those who seek our destruction rather than to accept the reality that with us is the greatest power in the world Who wants us to make real peace simply by accepting and demonstrating the fact that He and only He is in charge.
